Motueka IPA
ABV 7.8% IBUs 80
Broken Tooth Brewing
Appearance – Golden Amber in color and a clear tent.
Aroma – Sweet citrus smell with a hoppy heavy back half.
Taste- it is a hop heavy flavour right upfront it is not over bearing yet espicaly heavy on the bitter flavour. It is masked by the sweet citrus back half of the beer which comes closer in flavor to a double or an imperial.
Mouthfeel- Starts off silk smooth yet coats the mouth and stays with you.
Overall – for my first beer in Alaska it was a great start. This is a wonderful IPA it is a clean beer if you love hops you get it and a little bit of citrus to cap it off. Overall I give this one a 3.2
